TWST: George, where do you focus in environmental services? Mr. Grose: I focus on the waste industry. I cover a small cap waste company
called Waste Services (WSII). TWST: As you look at the industry, what is going on at this point? Mr. Grose: Historically there have been some issues with respect to pricing in
this industry, but from what I am seeing right now with Waste Services,
especially in their largest market in Florida, there appears to be a return to
pricing stability. TWST: Is this typical in a period like this where the economy is beginning
to slow, especially in Florida? Mr. Grose: Historically, pricing really hasn't been all that disciplined,
especially when volumes start to drop off. You have seen in the past pricing
suffer a bit. In this case, despite the soft economy, the pricing has been
holding up.
