TWST: Would you start with an overview of Mavrix Funds Management and your responsibility there?
Mr. Dent: Mavrix Funds Management is a publicly traded mutual fund management company based in Canada. We have a full family of funds primarily focused in resources, income and small caps. I'm a Portfolio Manager and I look after three of the funds at Mavrix.

TWST: I believe those are focused mostly on the smaller cap companies?
Mr. Dent: That's right.

TWST: What is the climate like in Canada for small cap stocks and what are the differences between your environment and that of small caps in the US?
Mr. Dent: I'm not sure that there's that much difference between Canada and the US. There is a greater focus on resources in Canada because there are so many more small cap resource companies and also because the Venture Exchange has become a primary exchange for resource stocks around the world. Outside of the energy sector and selected mining areas, the Canadian small cap market has been difficult over the course of the last six months. Obviously, it has been a negative overall environment and in that kind of environment investors become more risk-averse and shy away from small caps.
