TWST: Can we start out with a quick overview of DiskSites?
Mr. Lan: DiskSites is a company that develops file storage consolidation solutions. We go into big companies that have dozens, hundreds or sometimes even thousands of branch offices with file servers in each one of those branch offices. And that represents a very costly and ineffective way to manage branch office storage, mainly because they don't have IT staff on site at their branch offices and managing all this distributed storage from the central IT location is very inefficient and not cost effective. Our solution provides these companies a method of replacing the difficult to manage file servers at each branch office with a DiskSites zero-management plug and play FileCache appliance. Users at the branch offices work directly with the local DiskSites FileCache, with the end data ending up at the central data center where it is drastically easier to manage. We have been around since 1999. Our investors are Network Appliance and Tamir Fishman Ventures.

TWST: How big is the market that you are addressing?
Mr. Lan: We feel it's very big. We are talking about the market of companies that have lots of branch offices. There are several thousands of these companies in the US alone with several hundreds of thousands of branch offices. So it's basically a multi-billion dollar market.
