TWST: Can we start out with a history and overview of Workstream?
Mr. Mullarkey: Workstream started out as a company called E-Cruiter.com based in Ottawa, Canada, and went public in December 1999. The company focused on HR software and business process outsourcing to focus on helping human resources executives streamline the hiring process. As you know, in the downturn in the economy over the past two years, we've shifted our business focus. Last April when I became the CEO, Chairman and largest shareholder, we went ahead on an aggressive growth strategy to really focus on HR business process outsourcing by our enabling software. So today we offer HR executives the ability to not only handle their hiring services, but also their releasing employees in a very cost-effective manner.

TWST: Why the change in focus?
Mr. Mullarkey: I think if you look at the change in the economy, the way the business has been running, we were a very dominant player in Canada alone. One of the first things we did is we merged in the United States ' we had 60 customers in Canada and now we have 330 customers across North America. We picked up 150 of those customers by acquiring a company called RezLogic in Denver, Colorado. Along with the other four companies this allowed us to do HR consulting, HR technology services and career transition services in addition to choosing career networks such as 6FigureJobs.com and, of course, the TechEngine network.
