TWST: May we start with a short history of your company and an overview?
Mr. Hu: Harbin Yingxia Industrial Co. was established in 1998 in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province by Ms. Yingxia Jiao, the current CEO and Chairwoman of the Board. In May 2006 we entered a reverse merge transaction and became listed on the US OTC BB under the name China Yingxia International, Inc., ticker symbol CYXI. Currently the company has a market cap of about 25 million, total shares outstanding of about 44.5 million, and a public float of about 19 million shares. China Yingxia has four subsidiaries: Harbin Yingxia Industrial Co. in Harbin, Shanghai Jin Ao Food Co. in Shanghai, Guangzhou Chichi Network Co. in Guangzhou and China Xianhe India Private Limited in New Delhi, India.

TWST: Would you give us an overview of your products and the examples of their applications?
Mr. Hu: The company has about 240 products in three major and two minor categories. Three major categories are nutritional food, which include soybean products, millet products and rice products; dietary supplements, which include herbal-based pills and capsules; and raw cactus plants. Two minor categories are cosmetics and personal care products. The nutritional food products, which people use as daily food intake, have both medicinal and nutritional benefits. For example, the Fugui low protein organic rice products are popular among the large population in China who suffers from diabetes symptoms
